Music From The Piano Exam: Study In A Flat

Picture
The Piano Exam is a short story written as a prequel to Four Old Geezers And A Valkyrie. It tells the tale of teacher Brian Reid's attempts to pass a fairly basic music exam on the piano. (It should resonate with all adult learners.) You can download the story itself by clicking this link.

However, the music from The Piano Exam exists as well, and you're more than welcome to download it free from here if you want to try playing it...

The music also comes with the (free to download) sheet music. Click the pic opposite to download.

Performance!

This is actually very brave of me. I've never let the world hear how really bad I am on the piano, but needs must if you want a flavour of the music. This could be described as Brian's attempt to play it.

P.S. – Playing piano music for recording is really difficult
