Privacy Notice

In many ways I feel this page is a little over the top, but we live in a very data- and privacy-conscious society, so I'll do my best to reassure anyone who's even given this any thought.

This website is an unashamed showcase for the writing and so on that I do, so that the direction of travel for all information should be from me to you, the reader. Aside from the Contact page, and any comments you choose to make on stories, nothing is collected at all. However the nature of internet communciation does mean that whenever computers of any sort talk to each other, their IP addresses are inevitably recorded and – perhaps – could be accessed by a third party in criminal investigations and so on. You'll understand that's entirely out of my control, and probably out of the control our webhoster or domain name suppliers.

So, for the record, we will not:
  • gather your data
  • pass your details on to a third party
  • store your data on any of our in-house servers other than your name and email address and any datestamp of any electronic communication
  • store retain anything else other than material you send to us with the express purpose of being published or stored.

Any questions, please just ask.
